Our Menu

We cook and deliver as per order of our clients. A minimum of 10 pcs per meal is required. For bulk orders of  30 or more, we recommend ordering only 1 kind of Viand to avoid delays in delivery.

Dig into chef-prepared meals made with premium ingredients, delivered fresh to your venue of choice. We deliver only at the lobby for hotels. We coordinate with your event coordinator or any client representative that you give.

Terms For Ordering:

1. Customer is solely responsible for providing the delivery addresses.
2. Delivery will take place at the delivery address specified by customer during the ordering process. Delivery address must be within the areas within Metro Manila, Tagaytay and Rizal.
3. When customer places an order to purchase a product/products from pinoycrewmeals.com  the order represents a non-binding agreement between the seller and the customer. A binding contract between seller and buyer forms only after payment of the agreed reservation fee and the goods are dispatched from our commissary. Any order will be dispatched only after a successful authorization of the billed amount.
4. Orders can only be cancelled 3 days before the agreed delivery date. No refund will be applied, clients will just not be responsible to pay the remaining balance.
5. Re-Booking/Force Majeure.  For events that are canceled to another date or is affected by emergencies, Acts of God, Political Unrest, Typhoons, Pandemics, Lock downs and any uncontrollable circumstances, Mom’s Pinoy Crew Meals allows re-booking within 1 year of original booking date, no refund will apply to client account.  Client has the option to have delivery to any events he/she wants to have the gifts delivered.
6. All goods, items or offers shown on our catalogue are subjected to availability at any given time and may not be ready in our stock at all the time. If that is the case, we shall notify you, our client,  ASAP.
7. During delivery, we strive hard to have food delivered on time, however,  if any unforeseen events happen that caused delay of delivery such as but not only, floods, traffic, accidents, political unrest and the likes, we ask for your understanding.
8. Please check the address, name and cell# of your recipient, Mom’s Pinoy Crew Meals is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery in such cases that food cannot be delivered, food will be endorsed to the venue guard or hotel concierge and client notified 🙂
9. A 20% Reservation fee is needed to book your order and block the date. We will email you a contract and upon signing, 50% of the full contract price less the reservation fee will be deposited to our account.
10. Balance is due On The Day of Delivery. CASH payment is required.
